We’ve talking about it for a while. A decent deal came through this last Friday. That allowed us to get into a relatively low budgeted Camper. It’s a 1988 Komfort - 22ft long camper. In fairly good shape considering the year. A new roof in the last 4 years. It has a few issues, but for the most part should allow us to see if it’s something that we enjoy without breaking the bank. Been taking notes on a lot of wisdom from T.Jeff Veal thread : Camper newbies …. Already getting a list compiled on Must / Needs / Wants.
Cool deal bud. Better to dip your toe in it affordably than to spend a bunch to find out its not for you.
Congratulations, brother. It does look good. Hope ya'll enjoy it. Our next big trip is to the mountains in September.
Nice! Not sure on destinations. But southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas are on the list. It ought to be fun and interesting.
Nice purchase, I hope it works out for you & you enjoy it. My wife wants to get one. I lived in one of those in North Dakota for 6 months with 4-5 other fellas one winter. It was about 25yards for a set of railroad tracks. I don’t care to ever set foot in one again. Lol.
