Thank you, you are so kind.
Not really the seat squishing specification I was referring to.

Which model did you get? Yeah bobcat are well built, made in Wisconsin too. They went from the green to white non hyphenated only a few years ago. 2020 it appears is when doosan bought them.

I had to Google that. Is it a Redmax or Bad boy?

It was the first model with the suspension seat. Hope I made the right decision. Still in the crying stage.......

You will like it. Our Bad Boy dealer carries the Bob Cat line as well.

We found a used, low time, Toro TimeCutter, 3 years ago. As others have said... wish we'd done it sooner. Cuts about 2X faster than the x575 JD, and does a better job, spinnin the faster blades. Always amazed at the job it does.

The bad boy dealer by me didn't return my calls. When I googled it I also found Redmax.......another mower I didn't know about!

Wish I could afford a ZT7000. Goes almost 20 miles per hour! Talk about a mobility scooter, I could drive it to work!

I looked everywhere for a used good condition one since last year. They all looked run hard, neglected or were close to the price of new.

This is how mine is set up when I mentioned the operator platform is suspended. Ferris, stihl and simplicity suspension suspends the whole unit, which requires a system of linkages to keep the deck at the desired cut height as the whole mower moves up and down. Different way to skin the cat as it were.

Yup, and when we were shopping for one at work, my buddy that works at the dealership told me that it works fine, until they get some hours on it, then you are chasing "loose" all the time from there on out (or a $$ rebuild) but he said for commercial guys that replace them every couple years, its under warranty that long, so they get rid of them before "sloppy/loose" happens.
We try to keep ours at least 10 years/3k hrs, so no bueno

That’s what the Ferris dealer brought Dad was a Simplicity. It was a step up from his old Dixon but not much.
The Simplicity was always cutting unevenly & rode like chit, wasn’t worth a damm on banks either.
