That should make the water feel nice and warm.

Ram's been busy. Almost 4,000 lbs in 3 trips.

This is the product I use. Some suggested Waterlox finish. I've never used it and can't vouch for it's ability to be food safe.

LOL I didn't notice til I read your post. My husband has a thing for the plastic cutting boards, I bought a few nice wood ones for him and have been using coconut oil. I'm going to try some of of 41FanForLife pictured.

I got an antique piano for free,$100 to deliver ( he had the equipment ), it was super dehydrated and all I had was olive oil. Idk, slathered it on and the wood turned 5 shades darker ( and more red). That said none of what I care for is as valuable as the cutting boards he hand crafted.

I had to look it up. Step 1 is a soap for cleaning used boards. Since these are new i have never used the soap. Screenshot_20250531_230221_Chrome.jpg

This is crazy, found a second pair of chainsaw chaps in the wood chip pile! I wonder if a couple fellas just up a quit and tossed their chaps in the back of the chip truck?

Flash flooding in parts of the state yesterday afternoon. Hail in Peterborough (not too far from me) and Francestown, adjacent to my town, had several road closures due to wash outs and culvert failures. That included at least one state road.

Around 6pm last night, my town water turned nasty. It normally has a bit of an yellowish cast to it, but this is much worse. I took a clean, white bowl out of the cabinet to take the picture.

Good thing I have some bottles of tap water in the fridge that were filled earlier in the day. Also have a little store bought water in the basement to keep me and the pets hydrated. Guess I'll be buying more water today.

Caffeine. Feeling better than I was. Still don’t feel 100% right. But, I am on FHC. :wacky:

We got more rain yesterday than they said we were going to get. Luckily I managed to get some tractor work done before it started. Cab is nice, kept mowing for a while after it started because it was just light rain.

Hoping to have enough energy and feel good enough to go for a long walk with my wife this morning. Then eat a big breakfast.

Went to my youngest daughter’s last play last night. I almost didn’t go because I’m still getting through this, and had been to one already this year. But was feeling pretty good, and she asked me a second time if I was going, so I went. When I got there about 35 minutes early and sat down, they had a huge, theatre size, screen up on the stage. Showing a series of slides with images of our daughter, and her classmates, in all the plays she has been in with the Drama Club. The images were awesome. And one screen read this…..

    We will Miss You!!

We will miss your stories, your jokes, your hugs and your smiles. your laughter, your giggles, your out of the box thinking, your ideas, your voice reading out loud, your willingness to try new things, your face when you accomplish a goal, your kindness, your imagination and creativity, and most of all your courage to take the stage year after year!

    Love.

    Your Drama Club Family

I was glad I went. Our youngest is set to graduate and be off to college in August. I thanked the adults who participate in this club for all they do. Changing, and making the lives of our kids better.:handshake:

The other possibility is that they are mixed in with the chips.

Maybe you are dealing with a crime scene.....?

Did you find some red tinted wood chips that have an unusual offensive smell to them? :jaw:
