kid was jumping on the tramp in the dark and saw a big fire down the road. They've went to seebeen gone 30 minutes. I sent two fire blankets with them there is no water or fire hydrants ect
out here. Hope it's a bonfire or something. We heard fireworks, hope it's a bonfire and fireworks, our neighbors home in Colo burned down and his ammo going off in the fire sounded like fireworks then too.

They are not answering my text, must be out of cell signal there. Ugh, if I get up and bundled and drive down there it's guarunteed its a bbq and giant bonfire. GIANT bonfire. Hm.

Drove down there, They're in neighbor's garage visiting, kid bouncing a balloon in the air. Neighbor is burning down his house that a microburst ripped he roof off years ago. I posted a picture here of it years ago along with other roofs blown off but not worth looking for. Backwoods Savage , would you remember those pictures? Fire Contained, he has a tractor to push it together and dirt mound firelines. Stinks like pot, don't appreciate that with kiddo but WWW is there.

They should have warned the neighbours.

Caffeine! Almost time to go walking&running with my son. Been a busy few weeks.

About a week and a half ago we went to our Son’s ceremony for becoming a member of the Order of the Engineer. They put a small, stainless steel ring on his pinky finger of his working hand. Two nights later we watched him graduate with his B.S. in Computer Software Engineering from Clarkson University. Graduating a year early because of all the college courses he took in High School and working his butt off in College. Less than a week later we helped him move to where he will start his new job for an Electric Transmission Company as an Associate Engineer.

Yesterday we went to his twin Sister’s Graduation. She graduated a year early as well from SUNY Potsdam, working very hard all through high school and College. We then took her out to lunch at a nice restaurant. She has just landed her first job as an Elementary Teacher and will begin teaching 1st Grade in September. She will be staying in the area living only about 40 miles away from our home. :)

They have both made us incredibly proud going out into the world at just 21 years old.

They both will further their Education with our son’s Company paying for the entirety of his Masters Courses, and our Daughter’s School District paying for half of her Masters Courses.

Next month our youngest will graduate from High School. Then she will begin College in the Fall at University of Buffalo.

Same week my wife will retire with 30 years of teaching Elementary Education.

    Some real, exciting changes happening!

I do remember that but finding it can be difficult. Sorry. Eric VW is better than me for finding old posts.

There was just a segment on Fox and Friends about how "wood chopping" increases testosterone.

I've heard that "watching wood chopping" can increase estrogen, in a certain segment of the population too...:thumbs:

Both chopping and watching make beer taste better.

Well, that's a matter of opinion, as I find it to be nasty, all of it. (Someone always says, yeah me too, except this brand/type, but those to me usually taste even worse)
Just not a beer drinker, which I know is probably almost blasphemous on FHC..

It’s a little wet out, but it’s hard to find the time to get everything done. So enjoying some tractor time today. Wet. Meh…. IMG_6432.jpeg IMG_6434.jpeg IMG_6433.jpeg

IMG_9920.jpeg My buddy called this winter and said he had cut up some locust and asked if I wanted any. Finally had time to go pick it up. Nice little load waiting to be split!
