    Thanks.

We passed another one of their cuts in North Haven on the way to Big Y this afternoon. I'll have to check it out tomorrow. I think it was oak though. Lots of those around here.

We had a very old oak tree fall over in a wind storm about a month ago in Folsom. This thing was at least 48" in diameter. The tree company cleared everything out of the parking lot but left the main trunk. It sat there until last Friday. I saw a white Ford pickup with a beat up tailgate and two gents with very large Stihls and the longest bars I've ever see in actual use. They got ALL of it and even cleaned up after themselves. My first thought was "What's Brad doing out here?"

Got a text from the guy yesterday. They were there cleaning up with a small backhoe. Logs were to be pulled and I had planned on cutting this morning, but I see he posted all of it cut up for free delivery on FBM last night. Texted him and he said it had to go. Told him not to wait for me if the job needed to get done, but had I known I would've tried to go back yesterday. Not sure if I could've cut a PU full, but ll in all between the honey locust and silver maple I pulled nearly 2.5 cords from the score and lined up a good contact. He has already given me dibs on two of his jobs.

I really wanted to but traffic was too much to pull out the phone.
