Not real happy with past lukem right now. I wasn't thinking about a floor drain when I put in all that gravel and lime in the barn. Had to move a couple inches and it wasn't fun. Live and learn I guess.

    My dear mother always told me;
    Patience is a virtue son,
It does not happen to be one of your virtues

Called the concrete plant and to order my next 2 trucks for a couple weekends from now before they book up. Sorry - we don't do Saturday deliveries for under 50 yards anymore. Bro, you just did it 3 days ago. SOL.

Called the another company and they do Saturdays....$27/yard cheaper too.

Now that's a truck I could make good use of.

Not really. They've always done Saturday...just charged extra $50/truck. Been that way for years and years.

Just tryin to look at the bright side bud. In my opinion, they did you a favor. It's all about perspective. They pushed you to look elsewhere and you found it cheaper and no saturday upcharge? Or minimum? Only gamble is if they have decent drivers.

That one has the 5.0. right? I know the Canadian ones have slightly different badging sometimes so what is here as an indicator in the US isn't always so in Canada. My buddy has one similar to that, same body style, a 2012 IIRC ext cab 6.5' bed XL trim and while he used to daily it, he had like 240k on it last I recall, but he ended up with his uncle's Volvo small SUV and that is his daily driver now. The old Ford is just used for when he needs a truck now.

Oh, I agree. Mind you, I've heard enough stories about the engine I have now (hemi) needing rebuilds. I'm using the oil they like, and hopefully I'll be one of the ones who don't have issues. Or at least that I can get another truck beforehand, hoping to start looking next spring. But I'd like to keep my current truck as a project and/or plow truck if I can.

That's an American truck, Washington state. If she was here, I'd be tempted to go ahead and trade my truck for her. Has the base 3.7 V6. That's all I need, really.

Got the Amish fence crew started out at the property this morning. They are fencing off about an acre for a couple goats. Back to work for me this afternoon, then I'll go back out there this evening and see how it looks...they will probably be done by the time I get there based on how fast they were moving.

I texted my husband for a few items from the grocery store, and missed a comma. Arriving at home he gave a box of Cheez-it's to kid. Said he looked in the saltines aisle forever for mild cheddar saltines   but did not see any.

    Mild cheddar
    Saltines

    mild cheddar saltines

Cheez-its was all he could figure before he realized I missed a comma.

Sounds legit. Lol. I think he did good from what you're saying. Punctuation definitely matters in some instances.

Nice short bus, but here's one thing that's kinda funny. Now, I’ve laughed at some things that dont make sense about driver licensing, here and elsewhere.
In this case, Sounds like you can drive it with a car license if you remove the seats, but not with them installed. Here, a bus license is totally separate from a truck license, but you can drive a bus with just a car license as long as you don't actually have passengers aboard. I mean, what's the difference having empty seats in the bus, or removing them, loading them into an F-650 cube truck, and then I can drive around all day. With 5 passengers in the cab.
