I like my blue saw. A lot.

 

lets do some experimenting mike. if you have a spare 6400 jug that you aren't going to use, lets put another head on it

 

My brother use to have a Makita. Are those Makitas?! Cool. I never see them for sale anywhere.

Thanks, but what I meant to ask was what he meant by 'put another head on it.' I'm guessing he just meant they'd try some experimental porting. I'm the one with the spare 6400 jug.

I've got one spare jug here plus there's 2 getting pulled off 2 of those. One is Jchin's, mine, and the other psuiewalsh. Mine will be left alone except maybe swap the carb with the one Rich sent me. I've got a creamsickle here that's getting some work done too. I need to test a 6400 against the 665 and then the stihl will be worked on with them.

 

WAG = Jeff was saying he would like to make a 2 piece head for Mike to try out on a 6400.

 

Yep! Might not run worth a chit, but would look cool

 

We can do a 7900 that way if you want. I do have a 7300 cylinder here also.

 

Whatever you wanna do is ok with me buddy. After how I shot today, think I better stick to saws lolol

 

We'll figure it out. I'm sure you can make the head a lot quicker than I can.

 

I had a blue one that I installed an NWP big bore on... That's the one I sold to Rich that started the carb modification craze!!!
