Ok, how about some snowy day trivia?
Without looking it up, who knows Looney Tunes Yosemite Sam's last name?
Bonus points for middle name too.

On this date in 1982, the drill rig Ocean Ranger sank in a freak storm, 166 miles east of St.John's. There were 84 people - 56 Newfoundlanders, 13 mainland Candadians, and 15 Americans aboard, and none survived.

    a terrible way to go.

    Apparently so...I didn't know either.
The kids were watching an old Looney Tunes this morning and Sam introduced himself as Sam Shultz (prison guard in this episode) and I thought that sounded different than what I had heard before, so I looked it up and it showed Rosenbaum, and they listed the middle name too.
I'll let it go for a day or so, see if anyone knows it.

Weather is solid rain, so n9 work. We attended a Ducks Unlimited event this evening. Totally skunked on the prizes , which( is unusual for us.
Go4 home and water is standing in the lawn. Coming week will be down in single digits and not much opportunity to lay in mor wood.

I'm just far enough north of that that I am in the lighter pink, but also in the higher totals range for the snow and ice. Usually I would clean up midway thru the storm, but since it is supposed to basically switch between precipitation types several times, I may have to wait until Monday to touch anything (when the wind will be gusting and it will be colder - naturally).

Caffeine! Used the tractor last night from 7:30-8:30 to move the first 5” we had received already. Looks like it slowed down some overnight before the big amount today. Time to get out and shovel a path for the dogs so they can have a place to go.
