We've been there twice; once to visit/tour the plant and once to pick up our Fireview. Wonderful place with wonderful people. I may need revisit just to see the IS; of course that's just an excuse 'cause it's way too big for the house. I like New England as well.

Was Loren there to help you? She was there a few weeks back when I went and she was great, could've spent a lot more time there but had to get home.

This is the top , can you tell his favorite calibre?

This guy was picking up his stove at the same time, his side medallion is of a target that he shot using a rifle. The perimeter of the medallion states the shooting conditions.

This guy was from PA, he and his wife drove up overnight to get their stove. They picked game birds as their artwork.

Water jet. Shop foreman setting up plate steel in the trough for cutting. Very precise but very slow. Lorin advised me they are adding a laser cutter shortly, it should help move more stoves out the door quicker

Above is Lorin, she gave us a tour of the plant and showed us the process of beginning to end on how the IS is built. The second pic is the IS in the beginning stages of assembly.

This is the testing area, Lorin is giving us the run down on the beta version of the soon to be Franklin style stove. They have this stove pulling some good preliminary numbers already. Side loading

Those are some cool stoves. Looks like a meat experience. I especially like the rifle themed stove. You think he shoots much 308? :D

My truck at the shipping bay, all loaded up for my ride home. Top pic is the weight I could remove to make the move from the truck to the house easier. I left the stove on the truck for tonight, the heavy hitters are coming in the morning to give me hand. More pics tomorrow.

Lorin has been working on Saturdays for awhile now. With the production as busy as it is she can't take much time off.

Were you able to take out all the soapstone liner? If so, how complicated was it?

The maple leaf looks pretty nice in red. I'm looking forward to the install pictures. How much weight were you able to drop off the stove?
