After a rainy day, today should be nice. 30⁰/33⁰ sunny breezy.

Truckaa and I will go lake-walking today. There's an ice fishing derby going on this morning. It'll be interesting to see how yesterday's rain effects the >8in thick ice..

Bruins this afternoon. I think golf might overtake hockey for nap time.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 45°\68° clear...had some good rain overnight. Planning to go to woodyard first thing, finish up the rounds left from yesterday. Then go to church and blow off front yard for church tomorrow.
We got some of the supplies for our son's power service, they were out of 2" conduit, have to get it at Lowe's this evening, we're taking our oldest granddaughter to dinner and a movie.

42/52 cloudy.

Planning to take the boys to work on my way to the dairy this morning.......it's inconvenient being down to one running vehicle.... hopefully the man will get the pickup fixed soon.

SNOW! We finally got some. About 2" this morning and below freezing temps so it might last through the morning. campinspecter got the electric snowblower ready to go in the carport last night so we thought that might ward off the snow fall. I don't know if the sidewalk will have enough on it to use it as it was in the lee of the wind. Interesting trip to church this morning.

Abram lived in the Ur of Chaldeans with his wife Sarai. God spoke to him and told him to pack up his household and move to a place where God would bless him and his descendants. Abram believed God and so he did pack up everything and start on his journey. The Bible says:
By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. 9 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. Hebrews 11: 8, 9

We too, are living by faith in the promise that Jesus gave us that He would return again and take us all to be with him for all eternity. To a better land of no more tears, pain and sorrow. Today, claim that promise and accept the gift of salvation that God has offered you.

The ice was plenty thick. There were 4x4's out there.

Decent turnout. Probably 100 people.






There were numerous puddles to splash through. Fun time.

 

Windy but a beautiful morning out on the lake. Despite hitting 50f this past warm week there is still 18” of clear strong ice up this way.
