People in the north don't understand why southern folks live in the terrible heat, especially if there is also high humidity. People in the south don't understand why anyone would choose to live in the north. I do not expect this to change soon.

I hope to change this for myself and my wife when I retire. I’m hoping to spend 3-4 months in the South Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr. I like the rest of the year up here.

Somewhere around 3 years, 29 days, 5 hours, 25 minutes, and 30 seconds away.

It's all what you're used to and what makes this place great!

Mine has wheels. My neighbor has a newer tracked bobcat and it tears everything up. He used to come over and do stuff for me before I got mine, and it seemed like I worked just as hard fixing the damage from the tracks as I would have worked if I just did the entire job by hand. Now there is hardly any ground disturbance and what little there is can easily be fixed.

I drive it all over the yard and you can barely tell.

I think they call those folks snow birds in Arizona. I’m sure 77, 74, 52, 85 and 95 will be full of migrating yankee SUV’s for the next couple months.
