Thanks eh!. I knew going in that it wasnt coming out with me Gas. Looks pretty open when on the bike but when ya get the big machine in its a whole different story
Went in tonight and grabbed a few loads of the tops. Got back to the house and the leaves are a falling. Fuzzy pic but oh well.
I see Emma is busy cleaning up all of those leaves and piling them for you. Wish I could get Giz to do that.
Her and Buddy were after a chipmunk that was in the stack stinny Pretty sure Giz would have fun around here with the gang.
She sure would like helping with squirrel watch. Chips in the stacks are the best. She goes nuts here when our crazy chippy wanders by. It's come within a couple feet of me many times. Giz was snoozin' in the garage door one day and that damm chip came right up behind her. I just moved enough to get him to take off... if Giz had seen him that close she's have blown out her throat shrieking...
I have a hard time getting up in the night without bigmouth Boomer 'Shrieking' And waking up the better half The little bugger must sleep with one eye open?
Had to go in again today and its almost 80f in the shade but it was a calling me No cutting today but might head back and grab a couple loads that was cut up lastnight with the little trailer.
Best rounds carrier & picker upper isn't it? Giz will shriek at night if she hears something strange too... every time. Thankfully, she stopped doing it if it's just us getting up tho. I can imagine a shrieking blurr at 2 in the morning...
Makes for easy work on the back stinny Giz/Boomer shrieking= Picture these 2 in stereo. Not all elm and the base is not ready but still hauling as cut. Gonna definitely be doing the 'Savage Splitting Way' as those big elm i cant lift.
Lotta wood. Taking extra time to allow the equip to do the work is gooder isn't it? Giz and Boom together? ... at the same time?... You crazy, man...
That better half does a chit load of work, if you don't teach her how to shoot, your marriage will last! Nice work Loon.
Thanks woods. And she is all licensed up. Good Ray. You and the T5 ready again this year? and hope all is good at your place Found this nice little elm tonite and it just had to be done before it started raining/dark.
Doing OK Terry.. Sweep scheduled to clean and inspect the liner tomorrow AM, got the snowblower ready and wood in the shelter.. Hope winter is easier this year!
It sure go's alot quicker with 2 people Rock. Think what i'll do is have the sawbuck stationed in an open area over in the woods then just trailer the ironwood/elm to it as it gets pretty tricky working around all the trees.
