Got 2-3 inches on Thursday. Didn’t get any from the storm yesterday (Sunday) that really got Missouri.

Two of our grandsons hunted our property again this year and no one took a deer off of it this year. I instituted a 6 pt or larger requirement on bucks and shoot the larger does. We have some fair bucks but also some folks that hunt adjoining properties that are not very discriminating on what they take. Should have just put a bounty on does as we counted 18 grazing in our pasture this past Sunday evening, 30 yards from our back deck!! Sorry no pictures but light wasn’t good enough to see much anyway. Always next year:thumbs: Congratulations to all of you who were successful this season:D

Yesterday was the last day I was able to sneak out with the muz. Still looking for a buck, Sat and watched a doe eating at 30 yds I thought about it but didn't really want to put the work into processing. I may make it out another time or 2 before Feb 2nd when it's all over.

Had some snow this week finally got out for second archery. I blew it! :headbang:
Shot under a nice buck. First shot opportunity all year at a buck and I blow the shot. Not sure what happened. The way the arrow dropped looked like I hit a branch. Im not sure. I was drawn back for a little waiting for him to step out. Maybe I rushed it. Either way...I suck

We were out last night. Deer season ends today. Like you, I haven’t had an opportunity at a buck I’d like to shoot all season long. Not the greatest pic, but a nice enough ten point for me to want came in to 86 yards at the closest. Of course it’s extended doe season here, so had to let him go. Little easier knowing season ends today and he’ll be safe from people till next season. We ended up with a big doe about an hour later. IMG_7943.jpeg IMG_7944.jpeg

Very very nice deer y'all got.

I had very little time to hunt this year, but I got him opening morning about 7Am.
My phone reset and apparently I don't have the photo I took when I got him.

Thank you! I think it turned out nice.

My new coworkers brother does them, I sent the head to him and $50 bucks later that's what I got back, very happy with it.
