Stays on the truck at all times. I have a couple sheets of plywood I'll temporarily screw to the front or back for protection or load containment as necessary.
I like it. Been using this on the old truck and gets the job done, but not much to look at. Not sure what I will use in the 2019 so watching for ideas like yours. Thanks.
I’m kind of hoping he buys one more after this, so it’ll clear out another row in my shed, giving me space to stack most of the oak I just got this past weekend. But we’ll see. My other customer in Plymouth should be calling for a cord soon. Yes, loving this frozen ground too! This time last year my yard was a mud pit (actually got my truck stuck in it despite 4WD)
Yeah its nice when space is clear (or almost clear) and a lot of new inventory comes in. I hate having piles of rounds hanging around. How much have you sold so far?
As of today 9 loads/3 cords. I have one more cord that's already spoken for, and probably two more that I can spare after that. That's about it for inventory that I know for sure is dry.
My first time loading rounds with Little Ox. I had quite a clean deck area, very little snow , but some sawdust . I used the gp bucket . Took me around 20 minutes cab time. And I never cracked a sweat . It further proves to me how well the rock grapple bucket will work .
It actually feels like I’ve been on a dry stretch for White Oak. At least for a nice straight smooth non bulgy log. Pretty n pink
There was a little room left, so I took 6 rounds off the end of what is quite possibly the longest straightest tree that I’ve ever had the chance to put a chainsaw into. Every thing in the pictures is ash
