In my neighborhood, and on a Joni Mitchell album of the same era.. the term "my old man" or "my old lady" was a very hippie slang term of endearment..but for whatever reason, I haven't heard that term in a looooong time.

Its in common use around my neck of the woods. Popular with the Norwegians, I think.

Is that the new saw Jack? I think you might need a left handed model.

Ha! Nope, I was joking around, although it does look like you are left handed. Are you? I was angling for a way to get you to send it to me!

What I'm trying to say is, nice saw man! I'm jealous.

I kinda' liked it back in 68, and would love to bring it back, but if I called my wife that while she was in the room...Let's put it this way, it wouldn't get me any points.

This seems to be the only known photo of me in existence......you're welcome.
I was in my "work outside on the polebarn" garb at the time, 6 years ago, almost to the day.

Jack, is that comfortable for you? Your hand positions/stance is exactly opposite of typical.
