Merry early Christmas to us!! Just picked one up today. Of course, French fries for initial flight.

Anyone else have one with frequent uses?

Redneck said he get's a lot of use from his. Here husband loves the rotisserie for meat cuts & frozen store bought chicken cordon bleu, I do solo lunch everyday so if I don't have leftovers and not into soup or sandwhich I dig fish sticks or frozen breaded chicken fingers (also do that for copycat Applebee's chicken finger salad). I did home made chimichangas once and it turned out great.

Excellent. Frozen Ore Ida crinkle cut.

    Next time, raw potatoes.

We have one but rarely use it anymore. Just easier to use the oven.

This morning was test #2 - toasting.

This is fairly important as the counter location for the new appliance is where our older toaster oven was located.

It toasted an English Muffin just fine.

Moderating - if someone could please correct the typo I made in the thread title? I left the "r" out of fryer. Thank you

We have then toaster oven style one like you have, that says it has like 12ish different modes/functions. We use use it every once in a while. Ours doesnt have counter real estate...it's tucked away in the laundry room and has to be brought out to use. Where I think it really shines is reheating things like pizza, egg rolls, fried chicken etc, where sogginess can be an issue if microwaved.

We used to have the basket style air fryer. Capacity was an issue with that one, but I think it did fries and stuff like that just as well, probably better than, the toaster oven style one....

We use ours quite a bit! It’s great to have and is much easier than turning on the big oven; especially during the warmer months.

This thread has some good ideas: Air Fryer Thread

Ours has a dehydrate mode and I’ve been making beef jerky with it every few weeks.

It passed the toast test with an English muffin. Not as fast as a vertical toaster, but comparable with the toaster oven we've been using.

Just now, sliced raw potatoes, tossed in a little olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Tastes
    pretty good. ~20mins

Creamy inside. Next time, either higher temps, longer time, or both.

Same one you have is on sale here , less than 1/2 price ( or so they say ) at $99.99

might be time for a toaster oven upgrade for us , our old one has had a long busy life.

This might put me over the edge if it could be a toaster oven replacement it would probably work out well.
Might be a little larger than what I want but could deal with that if I had to.

Could be chicken nuggets and fries sometime this week.
