Got to load a couple totes of wood for the Christmas light celebration Deepstep Community will ave tomorrow night, firepits will be going.

Morning all. I think rain is in the forecast for today but hopefully no wind so the ferry will run on time. Mom is coming over this afternoon.

This time of year, we start gathering as families to celebrate the Christmas season. Sometimes it is a joyous occasion, and others might be more stressful and hurtful. When Jesus returns and gathers his people to himself and returns to heaven with all of us, it will be an occasion beyond joyfully. We all will be children of God, members of the same family.

Heaven will be beyond our wildest imagination, but the best part will be seeing our Saviour in person. Pain, sorrow, heartache, and disabilities will all be gone. His promise to make all things new again will be fulfilled.

Today, take time to give your heart and will to Jesus so that he can welcome you home on that great and glorious day.

God will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. Revelation 21:4

Morning all. Dark outside with the prospect of rain. Yesterday started off sunny and then ended with lots of rain.
Mom came over, our oldest daughter visited and we celebrated campinspecter and our oldest daughter's birthday. She was born in the afternoon of his birthday. Hard to believe that was 50 years ago.
Everyone will be heading home today.
Church business meeting this afternoon so I have reports to print out for it.
