Put up Christmas blowups this morning with my 3 year old and now I'm cleaning a rental house. Anyone know what's going on with these LED lights and how to fix them? I never cared for these but they were in the house when I bought it. If I have to I'll swap it out for another fixture with bulbs.

More progress made today. From this…. upload_2024-11-24_21-20-43.jpeg
    To this…. IMG_5794.jpeg IMG_5795.jpeg
The pulling of hundred of staples holding the chicken wire in, with spiders, webs, chicken poop, wood chips with pee, cat hair, etc. etc. was an allergic reaction from hell. But. With a lot of sneezing and nose blowing, I got through it!

Not done yet. But the worst of it is over. Was able to reuse everything and have some nice boards salvaged from the old pen. I am not a carpenter, but I can get some stuff done I guess.

    SO MUCH CLEANER NOW!

I have never had those lights. Let us know what you figure out. Good luck.

Is that a burnt spot I see there?
If you Google "hack to repair led bulbs" there are a number of easy ways to find n fix (often, not always) LED bulbs...here's one.

Last minute peoject. Wife decided she wants a fancy charcuterie board for Thanksgiving appetizer. Is bookmatched Walnut crotch grain fancy enough for you?

Got them flattened and glued tonight. Planer tomorrow, epoxy tomorrow, sand and butcher block oil Wednesday.

There's not too many people out there that could pull this off, especially in that time frame...just so she knows that...

It helps to have a couple trees sawed up in the barn.

So much for 3 day plan...I couldn't help myself. Got it planed this AM and there wasn't much need for epoxy. Filled voids with black dyed CA glue, sanded to 400, and put on the first coat of oil.

Probably too big, but I can always make it smaller later.

Thanks. Added a few more braces and a bottom platform/step. Fixed a few minor things. Done. IMG_5797.jpeg IMG_5798.jpeg
Oops. Forgot to add railing on other side of lower stairs. Some other day. Zero turn parked in new, clean space, battery removed, and machine covered well to keep cats and dust out.

Caffeine! Cold rain this morning. Almost time to go back down to the barn. It’s now time to move and organize a bunch of wooden boards I keep saving. And start organizing and cleaning my workshop in there. DUST, DUST, everywhere!
