    Have gotten rain over the last 18 hours and still coming down. It is nice and slow, at about 1" in that time, so able to soak into the ground. May change to a wintery mix later but I don't care one way or another as it all means I can clean the P61a soon :)

    Weather geeks called it mood sn*w for this mornings commute. Put me in the mood to go right back to bed! :D

    Just enough to cover the grass, But the roads look clear.

    Got a total of 1.5" of rain by the time the weather broke Friday at 9 am.

    Yesterday afternoon, instead of rain showers I had a couple of bouts of mini-hail (not grapple, this was perfectly round, clear ice). The bouts only lasted a couple of minutes but tons of little ice balls came down making it sound like it was pouring rain on the metal roof. But since the hail was clear, you couldn't see them once they landed so no pics. It was in the low 40's, and the ground is still warm, so they melted shortly after.

    I'm at low elevation and I wouldn't doubt if it was snowing just two miles up the 600' climb to the ridge that rises behind the house.
