    Hello
I was so impressed when I was young by the original glass wax in the pink metal can with the red swing up cap. However it was discontinued 40 years ago! I just learned that the same manufacturer has a new formula in a new plastic bottle! It is sold at Ace Hardware for $4.99 OnLine and some stores may have it in stock! Got 2 bottles and ran out to try it on my car windshield! Definitely better than anything else I ever used! Nothing is perfect but if applied and buffed off correctly it works very well. :)

Does it take out the crazing on plastic headlight covers? We used to use a product called Mirror Glaze for that.

We used to use on our airplane windows all the time as they weren't glass but a type of plastic. It made it easier to look out with the sun on the window. The crazing didn't show up as much.

Your glass has plastic coating on it right? Part of the not cutting you in half in a wreck and being a safety thing. I don't believe you are actually polishing glass but instead the plastic coating on the tempered glass. Kind of like a the cheap modern headlights. I could be wrong, but this was explained to me by a safety officer years ago.

No , this new glass wax will destroy plastic or ceramic glass. I use the Maguires plastic polish for the plastic headlights lenses. :)
This new glass wax is only for Real Glass :)

That vinyl is sandwiched in between two layers of glass. You can’t touch it.

X2 — The plastic layer is sandwiched between 2 layers of tempered glass on a car windshield so the glass wax goes on real glass.
