Yes, it is unfortunately. November can be our wettest month but I think October really was wet this year.

 

Morning all. Dentist appointment this morning for Mom so we are all up early to get on the road. Weather today is supposed to be nicer than yesterday. South Vancouver Island got hit with lots of wind and rain - more than we did.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 72°\80° cloudy, occasional sprinkles. Another 7AM-7PM day. Got a safety meeting @3:00PM, my co-operator went at 10AM. I did get a bit of woodyard therapy in last night, bucked and split 4 logs, needs stacking this evening.

Morning all. Overcast but bright and windy outside this morning.
Our trip went well yesterday. Mom's dentist appointment wasn't as extensive as they first thought. Managed to squeeze on the ferry as one of the last cars on to get her home last night. Good thing because of the wind today, ferry schedule could be disrupted.
Today we park the RV, campinspecter brought home on Monday. Cleaning, winterizing and getting the cover on will be our project for the next couple of days.

Shop work, then outside stuff......Tom and I started framing walls on the shop project yesterday, so I'll probably keep going on that.

The boys should be able to get back to work on the house today as the mud's settled down somewhat.

Had a trip planned to go to Oxford MS and with the DAWGS play Saturday, forecast is for thunderstorms, so we're gonna pass, I think. Tickets were free through work, so no money lost...

Good morning everyone! I started cleaning and reorganizing the garage yesterday. It will be a work in progress for a while. I'm taking some crap to the transfer station today.

 

Good Friday to everyone. theburtman , I imagine a Vermont sunrise today is spectacular.
I started my boiler yesterday, and am working on a blowdown in the calf pasture. 13 rounds from one branch. During the daytime I am burning branches from it.

It’s a great time to be outside in God’s creation.

Getting closer to average temps today. 40⁰/63⁰ breezy, more clouds than sun.

It was 63⁰ inside this morning. I built a fire last night, but didn't light it off. It's nice to just put a flame to it and off it goes. The heat feels nice, in the cooler air.

I'll be going for a walk this morning. Followed by vacuuming the van.
