Sweet with just enough heat… but for people like you with calluses in their mouth ( )… ya may not notice it.
Here's a short review on the oaxaca cheese...its very melty,no flavor of salt,after cooking and cooled down it seems to become tuff or hard. That said ,it does melt good and could be used in giant amounts cause it dosent seem to contribute much salt. I might give it another go,but might not
