    I ordered a hydraulic oil filter for my DHT splitter from the small auto parts store down the street. DHT is out of business so WIX filter it is. I get there to pay and they wanted $60 for the filter. :bug:

    I walked out, that’s 3 times what it should be. I want to support a business close to home so they continue to be open when I need things. I called NAPA 3 miles further and it’s $17.99.

    I’m not in a hurry anyway, the ram is getting rebuilt at a shop. I have enough things going on and would rather they do it. Will stop by NAPA and get the filter on the way back from getting the fluid at TSC. Crazy.

    It rides better with skinnier tires...I can hit bumps in the road and take corners without it rubbing the brace on the inner fender.
