Not sure what the wife bought last week but I assume it's the "Flat" section of the brisket, very lean looking...........I've smoked a flat only part of one before, came out fantastic!!!
I’ve been making jerky from Top Round in the air fryer on dehydrate mode; three hours at 160F with a flip half way.
Couple slices of pork butt,leftover from my breakfast sausage adventure....they soaked for 48 hrs...excellent.
