    Just heard from T.Jeff Veal They are fine, house is fine. Power has been off for 12 hours. The area is a mess.

    Ya'll make us feel loved. Thanks for the concern. We were spared by GOD'S HAND. That was scary to hear that wind in the dark between 3 and 5AM, hearing things break and hit the ground. The eyewall came right over our county, it was so calm then.
    The state is a mess. We finally got phone and internet service late this evening, texting would go through sporadically. 1000013712.jpg 1000013685.jpg
    Sad day in our main town...

    Jeff you and miz Carrol have been in my prayers , it is so good to hear that you are safe. My heart goes out to the family of those children. When we hadn't heard from you I envisioned you on your tractor with a couple of saws helping all your neighbors. I will put you and your community on the prayer list at our church this morning.

    We are on the move again today. Headed north to visit a cousin.

    We finally got phone and internet service about 5 or so yesterday afternoon. Friday and Saturday, all you could do was text, it might get there 30 minutes or more later.
