I usually take off work on Friday and spend a few hours wandering around. Don't have anything on my specific need list this year. Hoping to find a couple Christmas presents in the Crafts buildings. Probably will buy some more rope.

It's lost it's 'wow' factor for me after attending regularly for the past 20 years, but always still worth a look.

Eastern Loggers have an Easton splitter up for raffle this year. I'll be buying a ticket that more than likely.

Just watched Andrew Eastons video announcement on the raffle. He said Nuts 319 is donating some saws to the raffle. Figured he'd be the one needing help

Pete got a lot of help from folks. Way more than he anticipated, I think. That community really seems to be able to rally when needed. Last of Pete's videos I watched he had gotten himself a nice but small patch of good sized timber (for where he's at) to cut.

If someone went on a whim, is there anyplace to get a room for a night, or 2. Asking for a friend.

Man, I don't know. There are a couple of hotels in Cambridge. Something like Hotels.com might be helpful. There are some cabins at Senneca lake. Just looked very breifly and it appears there are reasonable rate rooms available in cambridge. If you do come, The Bear's Den on RT40 is a nice place to eat a steak. The Forum in Cambridge (4th generation restaurant) is fairly well reguarded though I have never been.

I'd figure the nearby hotels would be booked up by now

Me too. Looked like there were openings. Not that many hotels close by, so assumed they'd all be buried. Attendance was high last year if I'm not mistaken.

Already looking forward to Friday. Random weather page says it's supposed to be sunny.

I'm tryig to figure out how to mount a fender to that Easton so the engine don't get sprayed when I tow it! lol

I saw that they were offering advanced with discount. How much they get if you buy ahead?
