Very High BTU's and it puts out a lot of light...Problem is, one bale only lasts 7 minutes!

If you've ever been around a barn/hay fire, it puts off a lot of smoke!

If you burn moldy rained on bales with a splash of diesel fuel in a barrel you get whole lot of smoke. I’ve seen a 20 acre hayfield and not one skeeter was present.

That's a good thing...truthfully it's a sad thing to watch a 1-200 YO working barn burn. They are almost never replaced by timber framed barns...very occasionally the Amish will do one...

Last trailer load from that Doug Fir tree. We got two loads like this and three truck and slightly smaller trailer loads from that one tree! Maybe 3-4 cords. Also a half a truck load of smaller limb wood and bunch of thick bark. I will be glad to get this processed and out of my hair! This should be the last of my wood gathering for the year. :saw::axe::stacker: I burn about 2.5 cords a year so this will put me about 10.5 cords. Well past the 3 year plan plus a safety factor! talltree1.jpeg bentree1.jpg bentree2.jpg bentree3.jpg bentree4.jpg
