Wow. Unbelievable! Seems strange she calls you a beggar on one hand (a “beggar “ who actually WORKS) and espousing about charity on the other. Wtf -over?! Isn’t her charity supposed to help poor beggars?! Well, now is her chance! And no overhead! 100% of her donation would go straight to the cause. That’s what I don’t understand about these types. I would have wished I said, “Tell you what, my favorite charity is my wife and kids. We will stay warm and avoid freezing in the winter with this wood. Instead of me giving you $100 and then you handing it right back to me, let me just keep the wood and I will make sure I clean up before I leave as your husband and I agreed upon before I went through all this work before you asked to change the terms. But if you want to be heartless and make a hardworking beggar—as you put it, and his family freeze this winter I understand. It is your wood. I will leave it right here. Do you prefer it stacked or shall I just dump it in a pile?”
Wow people are absolutely crazy…i have no clue how i would react in such a weird situation but i know for sure im not playing games with that woman…im so blessed to have a friend with a tree service and jbsawmans chunk wood…i cant deal with people and that was a common thing on a lot of these word of mouth scores people always want a piece of the pie but don’t want to do any of the work..
