Do not try this t home. Used the DeWalt 20v pole saw off the ladder to cut off the dead limbs. The low ones on the other side I reached from the ground. Need the 14' stepladder to get the others above the roof on the gable end. You can see the lean of the tree too. Good size DBH.
One third was pretty bad. I had to wet first then saturate with product. Left to PU more and when I came back I could see a change in color to a yellow vs the darker green. I work for the lady on a regular basis so I'll have to see how the release factor is.
How did I miss this thread! I have this listing saved in my Marketplace favorites and it’s still available. I debated this one and here was my thought process: “Oh nice! That’s close! And those are some big rounds. I have an MS250 that’s slightly over bared at 18”……it’s also hotter than heck out there….and I’d be cutting in chaps and a helmet….” So I opted for a score that was already cut. Which is slightly less fun in the scheme of things. But damm, it was hot this week.
Job I did recently took me by this a few times. It had been picked at and some still left. Bigger logs and gnarlier chunks. Couldn't hit my other score so I decided to go here. Well wouldn't ya know it only a bit left and not worth taking. Go figure. I snoozed too long.
cherrys rare around here but I loaded up some 4 year old stuff the other day for mommas basement. Nice solid stuff.
