Carnival has Guy's Burger Joint, all the free burgers you want, free ice cream too... Can't wait till Oct to go on ours.
I work with a lady that takes them all the time. She never seems to have any issues. They are a 'nope' for me though. If I got that kinda foldin money to throw around it means I am not buying something needed.
No, it's correct. My list of needs always far outstretches my means to acquire. So if I got money to blow on a cruise, that means I am neglecting something else.
We did a cruise for the first time this past spring. We were not fans of how crowded the ship felt especially during the day when everyone is out by the pools. Lounge chairs are basically touching each other. Picture is of me and a random woman to my side….wife was on the other side looking better but less than thrilled.
Still think you should have left out the 'not buying something needed'...But I am certainly not an English Professor!
That was our opinion also. Just too many people in too small an area. I think it's more of a city person thing where crowds are normal. Our other observation was that if you don't want to continously drink, gamble or eat, there's nothing to do until you get to the next island where I was uncomfortable with the natives and they drive on the wrong side. Just not our thing and my parents were big time cruisers. Poor mom just didn't understand.
I've cruised for 20 years. I really don't think The Caribbean for a first cruise is such a great idea. I'm a book reader and a sea day is a great way to knock one out. I've never sat at the pool, tend to lose weight on a cruise and have low alcohol tolerance (mostly wine) .
We went on a couple, wife could live on one. Me not so much, nice to veg out on deck but I get antsy.
