Give me the highlights on the McCormick, the only blend I have in the house are curry, old bay, meat tenderiser and five spice. Generic meat tenderiser from Aldi's or Dollar General is a fantastic flavour for beef, btw.
McCormick montreal steak seasoning - garlic salt cracked black pepper - my go to steak rub. Also tasty with a light sprinkle on some sautéed squash
I know Basod posted earlier. But here's a pic of the seasoning and the label. Like Basod, it's my go to seasoning...
They are from a couple weeks ago - I actually cooked them the night before you posted this thread, I just never got the picture posted. I had a bunch I posted today..been slacking
I was diagnosed with acid reflux a few years back. I used to put tabasco on everything but my corn flakes. Not anymore, I've been good lately but this pic is going to make me cry. I really miss my hot and spicy food.
Too bad BV... You could always try a milder pepper and do the same thing. Banana peppers if straight would work - I might even try a couple for chits & Some of these Jalapenos, from my garden, have given me gag reflex, others are mild
When I come across a dish that looks really good I usually load up on pepcid ac and go at it. For your stuff, ide have to break out the perscription pills. It would be worth it though. That plate looks amazing. Well done.
