You forget you dont see those on mobile unless you turn the phone...which I rarely view in that manner as its harder for me to scroll esp once the keyboard pops up.
Cool!! So thats how you have so many posts griz
I didnt forget anything.. I am on mobile a lot too.. But if your gonna ask a question (such as the one you asked just now and also like the one last week about our one year anniversary/ Oct 3rd)? Then why not check before posting. It only took 3 seconds to see it (turn phone, read, turn phone). All the content is there. You just need to read it. We should double our pay Adam... ; (
But see your more forum minded than me. I really forget that stuff is there. Honest. I agree turning the phone is way easier.
To be honest I have no idea what my old username was....i was linked to although. If you administrators stumble upon it, if you go ahead and delete it, that would work. I kinda like that old soo line locomotive username with the $ sign !! It was the truth until they went bankrupt in my part of the country in the early 80's i believe. If you haven't figured it out, yes I work for a railroad.
Back to saws though here...my ported 261c hasn't given me one iota of a problem thus far. Great running small saw, and ya I'm pretty much a stihlhead but you gotta give credit where credit is due!! edit: to stihl and Randy Evans
Dynomite and Chadihman are the same guy. Yes, both my 261 and my 441 have extra bananas installed. The terror twins.
yea, thats it!! haha, we change out draft gears on our freight cars, funny how a guy comes up with usernames...well at least me
Another red/black oak that died from oak wilt gets the 261c treatment today. Gave up on the packers at halftime so went out to get some sun and exercise
Reminds me if an 029 I saw for sale on C-list a while back. It had a 36" bar. ... and the guy wanted $500 for it. It also came with a 28" bar, should the new owner want to cut smaller wood with it!
ok, ya I didn't want to point out something like chad's dyno/graph on a particular saw to stir anything up hereI've followed some pretty heated threads on another forum.First time I saw his work with a 261c was this week and since I happen to own one it really is cool, IMO.
Randy has given clearance for Chad to post his dyno results on this site. For past and future tests of his saws. We should feel privileged!
Excellent!! Thats exactly the info I was looking for. Just cause some information is out there doesn't mean it's free domain so to speak. I have too much respect for Randy and Chad.
Randy comes around here once in awhile and speaks highly of FHC. I think he recommended Chad to post here cause we would appreciate it and not derail his findings.
It's allowed to be talked about here. Negativity is kept at a minimum. Everyone has an opinion, but this place has a lot of good hearted members that have a lot of the same views and opinions. The riff raff from other sites should stay on the other sites. We are a site that is family friendly and treat everyone how you would like to be treated. Lots of hard work goes into both the builds and the dyno runs. I honestly look forward to the findings.
Truth be told, after reading alot of this type of negative stuff on a few other forums last year I just stopped looking for this stuff online. I mean come on, it's chainsaws and treesIt's a great hobby for me, and that's my angle. Others have more invested in this business and that's ok too.
