    Not certain if I can make it yet or not. My boy is still trying to get his new house closed in before winter and I’ve been helping a couple days during the week and again on the weekends. The other issue is that his wife is due to pop on or about the same time as this GTG

    Yep that’s pretty much it. They started the project and then the oops! happened. Foundation was in and poured by the time she found out. He’s been in overdrive for 5 months now trying to get it closed in
