Turns out lights are more important than you think...
I have had to use my bobcat after dark a few times and a flashlight was NOT working. I ordered a small light bar/pod kit on amazon. I put the light bar up front, above the door, and the pods on each corner for 360° lighting. Seems to work pretty good so far, but that was in the shop, not outside. I'm hoping to try them out tonight and get pictures.

I put these on my tractor several years ago.

Lights seems to get shedded pretty fast on skid loader in brushy conditions. Try to put them under the over hang of your roof/canopy for extra protection.

ok, here ya go. They are spot/flood combo according to the listing, but they seem to be more spot in real life. Not bad, and definitely a success, but I would prefer flood light only. I have 360° visibility at night, which is what I really wanted. It looks like the light pattern from E.T.

the front lights are under the overhang and the rear lights are just inside the corners of the cab.

You could add colored lenses & it will look like a disco ball or spacecraft as you work.

Man that is a beautiful tractor.

My FIL had a similar one, with loader, but in way worse shape. Ended up trading it for like 2k in on a John Deere tractor themed-riding mower (can you tell I despise team green?). I woulda gave him 3500 for it no question.

Now I run a Ford which is fine but missing the loader.

Thanks man. It looks a lot better in the pics than in person, plus that pic was in 2018. It's a 2001 model 231s. I bought it in 2010 with 250 hours on it for $8000. It has 700 hours now. It does what I need it to do but I would like to have a newer 4wd one.

I managed to find some flood led's, so the spots are going back. I talked with customer service and return/exchange was the only option because they would not swap just the pods. The new ones will be here tomorrow.

I thought you were going to show me a chainsaw with a mounted headlamp -- for when you get a 2 a.m. urge to buck some rounds.

I got the new lights put on last night and they are much better! Very even light and no bright spots, which is exactly what I wanted. A perfect 360⁰ light pattern. I didn't get pics from outside, but these show front, rear, and side view.

Nice little tractor you have. I started to put my light bar on top but I was afraid it would get knocked off by Tree limbs. There was enough clearance under the roll bar so I wouldn't hit my head on it so I put it there.

    Thanks
Im just the opposite. Nothing here to take it off the top of the bar and I am tall so hitting my head was the final decision why it is on top.

Ya’ll are making me look like a slacker, I have 2 sets of Rigid Industries fog lights to put on the 4052R, sad thing is I’ve had them for probably 2 yrs now. Also have a light bar for the 2025R rops as well. Just saw them sitting on the shelf in the garage waiting to be installed while I was putting away bar oil.

There needs to be more hours in the day to get everything done!

Don't feel bad. I put mine on in 2018 and have used them twice. Seems like when the sun goes down my body wants to go down too.
