    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 70°\93°, hazy, possible showers later.
    Taking our lawn mower over to the friend that has let us use his tractor. His mower is sick, so we swapping favors. I'll get the tractor again to do some woodyard work.
    This afternoon, we are meeting at our church to prepare 45 plates for delivery, with 15 workers, 60 total.
    Grilled chicken leg quarters, potato salad, butterbeans, rolls and banana pudding.
    Remember the GOLDEN RULE

    How much have you got recently?

    We had a couple huge storms last month (massive flooding problems in a few towns north of us) but it's been normal rainfall since.

    Morning all. Yesterday turned quite nice. Today's forecast is for sunshine again.
    Today we head west towards the ferry to Nova Scotia. We have one last province to visit before the trek home.
    I had hoped to post some pictures but again the internet is rather intermittent here. Even cell service is as well.

    Good morning. We dodged a few showers along the way and enjoyed a nice e-bike ride yesterday, as it ended up being a beautiful late morning. We traveled along the shores of several of our local lakes and though many nice views of nature.

    An inch in this last batch. It seems to vary a lot. One friend about 10 miles away got over 2". Some areas near us have really had way too much and the crops are damaged.

    Planning to rest today.

    Tom and I spent 11.5 hrs roasting at the auction yesterday.....what I needed was the fourth to the last item of the sale....
    Also picked up a very stout trailer for a decent-ish price, it just needs a new deck.
    The backhoe is just a parts mackine to get mine repaired.
    We got home at 11:30 last night after a brief visit with a lonely state cop about a headlight being out.... or some such thing...

    Just got back from church. Have to finish cooking for a family reunion at lunch.


    Making fruit salad (with whip cream and marshmallows so it's not as healthy as it sounds :) ) and settlers (cowboy) beans.

    Then off the help my FIL with a toilet install.
