Well this one is definitely mine. Passed it the other day and forgot about it until I came home the same way. A mile or so from home. Guy mowing his yard. I stopped and asked. I can take any or all of it. All sugar maple. Easy back right up and cut. Some is dead and ready. More than likely cutting some in the morning. Starting with the Goldilocks logs. Pains me to not inquire but I just don’t have it in me to proceed.
    Stay safe Brad.

Cut a half PU full this morning with the 241. Split maybe half of it off the truck right after. If no rain I'll cut more tomorrow morning. Kinda liking these half load hauls in the heat. IMG_5786.JPG IMG_5785.JPG
I had an audience. Forgot the pooches name but did give it a treat. IMG_5787.JPG

I know exactly where that is.
Very unique brick house across the street. Sure there is some history there.

    That's a SWEET score Brad!

Lots of trees down in my area from the storm Tuesday. Along route 30 lots of BL trees, saw a bunch in yards as well. I haven't looked on social media yet.

Must.. resist.. :(:(. Free wood ads pop up when I’m on fbmp. If I see BL, it’s gonna be near impossible to pass it up.

I think it predates the revolutionary war. I looked for a "circa" sign yesterday but didn't see one. The house next door to where I'm cutting is very old too. Wood saltbox.

Got the rest out today. Split for and hour at storage right off the truck. Still have some to split next week. Maybe 3/4 cord for the score. IMG_5812.JPG IMG_5813.JPG IMG_5810.JPG

I would love to see what the inside of that place looks like. Sure it is really something to see.

Just did a quick inter-web search , looks like it is indeed. Interesting.

Good thing he isn't a wood customer for you ; you would be working overtime! Ten fireplaces and one for cooking. That's nuts.
