    With a rainy day ahead, I said screw it, I took my umbrella and out for a walk I went. 2 mile loop around the neighborhood. At the 1 mile mark, the furthest from the house, the skies opened up. A downpour. Glad I had my umbrella. It was raining cats and dogs. I actually stepped in a poodle. :cool:

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 74°\99°, clear, finished up my 7PM-7AM shift for the week, off today. Probably get a short nap, then church, hope to eat lunch with friends afterwards.
    My brother and SIL went home about lunchtime yesterday, we enjoyed their visit.

    Morning all. Sun came up on a clear morning. I think we are in for another hot one. On the move east this morning.
    Last night everyone had campfires going. 85F out. Our neighbour had a column of pure blue smoke for about an hour until the wood dried out. Unfortunately the AC was sucking it into the RV. His was not the only one smoking either. We decided at the beginning of our trip to take a holiday from firewood.

    morning everyone. Up well before Dawn for no reason. Coffee on the back porch, with a barn cat that is becoming domesticated slowly. She used to head for cover at the sight of me. Now she will take food from me, and lounge around a short distance, as long as I don’t make an attempt to pet her.

    Some lightning flashing to the West. Nothing planned work wise with this heat.
