I made another trip to the tree service Marketplace score. You can see what was left. Everything had to be noodled. I got about half of it to avoid hitting the bump stops on the truck. I took it back to the storage yard to fill an empty tote. The last pic is the result of the first load.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I finished splitting the MP score Tuesday night and picked up another load of mostly basswood last night. I started splitting it and finished this morning. Now and heading back to the MP score for the last load. A hoarder's work is never done![IMG][IMG]

Way to keep the inventory going Gary. Hopefully the extended holiday weekend brings in the bucks.

Yesterday was pretty solid for sales. I'll tally it up at the end of the weekend. I'm delivering a load to a food vendor at the local county Fair on Sunday.

I went back yesterday to the MP score to noodle more rounds and bring them home. I ended up with a nice load and got rained on as I was leaving. The location is across the road from a municipal airport.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Enjoyed a break from firewood by checking out a fireworks display at a very small town about 15 miles away. They put on an excellent show.[IMG][IMG]

I picked up the last of the MP score last night. I'll post a recap when I finish processing. Should be close to a cord.[IMG]

Within a couple minutes some lady asks if its still available and then asks for my phone number which was right in the listing then asked if she could send me a link. Classic scammer.

I believe it was hackberry. Wet and heavy but I'm done now.

Had my most interesting delivery yet. I got an order for a half truck of mixed hardwoods plus small stacks of cherry and hickory. I took it to the local county fair. Turns out the vendor is the largest food stand (by far) and was very happy with the product.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

I'll total up tomorrow and give a report. It's definitely my second best week ever. Loose stacks and smoking wood were very strong sellers.

Have you checked on the gas stations that sell your bundles to see how they did?

Here's how sales ended up last week. 7 campfire bundles, 5 bags of smoking wood, 5 loose $20 stacks, 6 loose stacks of smoking wood, 7 loose $40 stacks, 3 mini bundles, 1 fire starter and 2 half totes of mixed hardwoods. I spent a lot of time restocking over 3 days. Not to mention, splitting for several hours. Other than Sunday's delivery to the county fair, I took the rest of the day off.
