Guys who are doing the work on the chimney are bringing something along they assure me will do the job. Should be interesting. Sure made the car settle when they dropped her in the back.

Very nice photos Burn, even your narration of the experience was awesome. I'm looking forward to it myself.
The close up of your top center burner was incredible too, the detail is great!

It is double wall stove pipe going into a 6" liner. The hearth is slate.

Really looking forward to using the cooktop. Should have done a burn to season her today (temps in the 70's and sunny), but was too busy painting the porch!

Nice looking stove; beautiful kids. You'll be cooking on that very soon.

I bought it when I picked it up, but ultimately decided to go without it. I have plenty of room in the front and back for the clearances, and I like the look of where it is on the hearth.

How soon are you picking yours up? I know when I was waiting the suspense was getting to me. I think it's a beautiful stove, and sure to be a good heater. Looking forward to your pics - maple leaf from what I remember?

Yup, but I botched it at first, until as a last resort I read the directions.

I botched it as well. Didn't realize until the first fire when it suddenly got really loose. Fortunately it was towards the end of the burn so things stayed under control.

I had an issue with the bolt hole not being centered with the groove for the nut. I had to grind the nut to make it fit and thread correctly. I notified them of the issue, hopefully saving you guys a headache.

Thanks man! I can deal with fewer headaches. Had a chance to season it yet?
