Planning to rest today.

Yesterday, after dropping off the backhoe in the morning, I cut up a few cedars for a customer......it was good to make a bit o sawdust.

Got all the filets in the icebox for a family fish fry this week.

And another load of fish remains for the garden.

Fish, kitchen scrap, and yard waste compost fueled garlic and strawberries.

Good morning, ya'll......hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 71°/88°, partly cloudy, chance of a few showers today. Last night of 7PM-7AM, off till Friday...woo hoo...got a few things to do, drop 2 trees for a friend, cut some grass, might even make it to the woodyard...
Did finish up the last tote of 14" splits and top-covered,
makes a total of 10 that length...
Made room for 2 rows of 18" splits next. Picking up 2 more empty totes this morning from our supplier.

Not sure what the afternoon has in store for me. Same as yesterday until I got a call that my dad had a fall. He was fine aside from a scraped up arm. Hoping for nothing like that again.

Got to take 2 grandsons to 2 Dr appointments today in Augusta, about 65 miles away, trip to Sam's while in the big city. Maybe start moving some things from our son's old place, house sold, has to be gone by end of June.
We did score some oak from the neighbor that we dropped 2 trees for.
Plant app says it's a Sand Post Oak...
