Looking like i am a Saturday only show up. Kathy went to orthopedic doctor today and needs knee surgery next Wednesday. So i should be able to sneak out for one day. Possibly young Joe Dirt and i road tripping together.
Sorry to hear about Kathy...if you can't make it Saturday, I will come and pickup that cutting board and take it straight home!! Oops, I meant to say drop it off at the GTG!

Just spent about 2 hours with the DA sander. All smoothed up and the first coat of oil is on. Hope you like it.
Just put the final coat of oil and a coat of wax on the board. Non slip feet on the bottom . All we need is someone to take this baby home. Can't wait to see you guys in a few days.
That thing has so much depth, looking at it you'd actually expect to feel the high and low points. Very nice work.
Having not been to this gtg is there anything I should bring other than my camping gear, ppe and saws ( with fuel oil and spare chains of course)
The orthopedic surgeon pushed my wife's knee surgery back a week. So i get Friday and Saturday with you guys. Was just going to be Saturday . I'm ready to hit the road.
It was worth it. Hahahaha. Actually as bad as her knee is hurting i wish she was getting surgery tomorrow to knock the pain away.
