    Got the pool opened, patio woodshed taken down and any remaining wood moved to the piles. Time to have a fire in the pit.

    Just switching from inside to outside fires. Still need to clean out the stove and get a can of damp rid in the stove

    I too have to clean out my stove /pipe
    I have a question why do you put a tube of damp rid in your stove ?

    Just something I have done for many years, not sure if I got the tip here or not, don't remember, but think it helps with rust. Every fall the can has quite a bit of accumulated liquid.

    Interesting about the damp rid.

    I use a tub of damp rid in my boat over winter storage to keep everything drier and not musty

    Youins are killing me. I got two piles up right now, but one needs more material and the other is too green yet. I've not had nearly enough outdoor fires last couple years.
