Yup I bought two Oregon 72-72 chains like an idiot and filed the rakers just enough to make them a little aggressive like I do all my chains. Problem is they are 72 link and my saw is 70 link... Oops so anybody got anything to trade? I don't really need money for them but I'll sell them if you wish... I'll consider a trade for anything cool within reason. They cost me $23 each at the local saw shop. I'll gladly trade anything from $0 value up to $50 value that intrigues me I'm not looking to rip anybody off just to help out somebody. I'll ship them under my business free as well within the lower 48.

Pete, your shop should take out 2 links for small fee..... think my dealer did it for about $2 a chain

It's funny I bought the breaker and have used it twice but I can't get myself to use it or sell it. Ya it's one of those tools:rofl:

    Just a thought. .

    So you have a 70 DL 20"?

I think I have one? I'll have to look. It's yours if you want it.

You're paying too much for those Pete.
I can get 'em for about $15 around here.
Downside.....they're not always in stock. Pretty popular/standard size, I think.

70DL is not nearly as popular as it used to be. Stihl/Husqvarna both run 72DL for 20" loops now and that's most of the market for the bigger saws.

MM, I was actually responding to the OP.
That's 72 DL, right? Rookie here, so be kind.:)
Pete types too fast, and it looked like I was responding to his post #7. Oops.

I'd love to trade something, but I have no idea what to trade. Do you do any fishing?

Nice! Wanna trade? What kind of fishing do you do? What fish are you after? What do you need? I got a pretty darn good collection of grub colors with beetle spinners and rapalas. Or if your a fly fisherman, I got some flies that I could trade. Or if you want some spinner baits, I can do that, or some other rigs. What do you think?  :seasoned: :handshake:

Ok, here's the deal. I fly fish still water mostly, so the flies I have are geared more towards Bass, Crappie, etc. I do make flies, so I can make what ever you think you want, so that's an option. If you want, I will PM you a pic of my fly box and you can pic whatever you want.
