The top of the T posts got wired up .
Put my new hookeroon to work, nice tool, saved me a lot of reaching and bending , It doesn't work so good on small splits ,but I used the tongs for those to save my back.

Good job, HD. A thing to regard with pride, with the work done to get it to that stage... Now the wind and sun get to do their magic.

Not too much wind or sun needed for it in that case. Sounds burnable right now.

It is sad that all the ash died, and soon there will be no more, in the meantime I love the dead ash

Never tried wiring the tops of the posts before and just curious why you do that. I have never had a post let go even after 4 years of being stacked.

Well I had a little space I could walk through it one spot, and last year they leaned over so I couldn't go through there anymore, and I recently had one fail so I wired em up.
Depends on the soil you're putting them in I guess maybe they're not long enough there six foot pounded in 2 feet
