    Thanks OH! Yes, I remember your kawasaki, three cylinder two stroke, rice rocket!!!!! :eek: They were screaming fast… That was a 650? is that correct? I had a friend had one but I think his was a 500? At that time, I had an old BSA 650. I loved that bike. and to your left is a 68 pontiac either le mans or GTO, I had the 69. Luv that cabin:cool:

    Dave it was a 500cc bike. Fast even by today's standards. Just don't ask it to go around a corner very well, and yes that's a 69 GTO parked in front of the NET&T office I worked at back then in 73, in Concord Massachusetts.

    Is that Penticton in the back ground ? . Spent part of a summer there when I was 10 but the skyline has changed a lot since then .Sailboat ?
    She is a pretty girl ,and kind of side tracks an old fossil like me from looking at the background !:)

    Yep, you guessed it. We were sailing out of Penticton on a friends sailboat, it was scorching hot that day, I can't think of a better place to have been.
    LOL Thanks. That was my plan, distract everybody with my pretty wife so nobody notices how butt ugly I am. ;)

    I've been all over Vancouver Island, even lived in Port Alice for the better part of a year when I was 19 (35 years ago), use to visit Port Hardy regularly and sailed on the inlet between there and the mainland, but I don't remember ever driving into Port McNeill. One of these day I need to take a trip up that way again. When I do I'll make sure I detour through Port McNeill and see if I can spot your clothesline. :D
