    Good morning y'all.

    62/79 clouds, rain, and thunderstorms.

No plan yet, need more coffee to figure that out.

Yesterday was just plain ol' boring desk work, no sawdust....

    Y'all have a blessed day!

Have ya'll ever seen the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes"? It was filmed about 5 miles from here, little town named Juliette. Whistle Stop Cafe was it. We will eat lunch there, then visit a historic Plantation close by.
Share a smile, lend a hand, be kind.

Morning all. Yesterday's weather turned really nice and we got the cover off the RV in the afternoon. Now to start packing it starting tomorrow.
Today it is rain forecasted and the skies are overcast and grey this morning.

MikeInMa Nice to hear how well your Dad is doing. Prayers do get answered.
T.Jeff Veal looks like a nice place. We are taking our RV out for a trial run sometime next week.
Sawdust Man time to go fishing today?

Jesus was tired as they left the shore to cross the Sea of Galilee by boat. He lay down in the boat and went to sleep. The fishermen with him continued the journey, confident in their skills as boatmen. A storm came up, wilder than anything they had ever seen. They did everything they could to manage the storm, but it was defeating them. At last, they turned to find Jesus still sleeping. Frantically they woke Him up and implored Him to save them. Jesus stood up and said “Be still” to the storm and it stopped.

How often in the storms of life do we forget about our Lord and Saviour who wants to be our strength and protection in all that we do? He wants to save us now as much as He saved the disciples in the boat. Give your heart to Jesus and find peace with Him.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14: 27

    Happy Sabbath, everyone

w and k.jpg stump.jpg My bride and I helped out my brides dad by felling his rotting crabapple tree.

Had to lop off some up branches that hung over their house, then landed her right where I was aiming!

There is a first time for everything!

Good morning. We were out later than usual last night. We watched the grandchildren while our daughter and son-in-law went out with friends.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 60° this morning on the lake, forecast for 82° later. Beautiful sunny morning, a great day to worship our Lord.
We're visiting the historic Plantation this morning, then checking out to nearby state parks for later visits.

    Good morning y'all.

68/74 thunderstorms planned for the next 18 hours.

Planning to rest as much as possible today.

Yesterday morning the boys and I loaded up a bunch of white oak and walnut to hopefully deliver and sell next week, later in the day we moved another stack of pine from the goat barn to the big barn. 20240427_112945.jpg 20240427_192808.jpg

Morning all. Grey and overcast this morning. Rain predicted for today and tomorrow. I have bookkeeping and chores today and watch and see if the Blue Jays can crack the Dodgers playing. Women's group tonight so that should be inspiring.

    Everyone have a great day.
