I might have stepped in it

Talked to a couple tree service guys yesterday and mentioned dumping at my house. Today I’m getting hvbw and maple.
I’ll attach pics when they show up. I’ll probably retire after cashing in the hvbw.

A guy stopped by and bought a load of pine for his fire pit too! Living the dream.

 

I like how they dropped the logs off, split it and stacked it.

Load turned out to be Pecan, BW and Silver Maple. Boy I sure would have liked to get the Pecan and HVBW log. I guess I’ll have to keep making splits

Going out on a limb here… but I’m goin to say High Value Black Walnut?

 

The guy who owns this tree service has a wood boiler, so I think he was thinking what would I want that is easy to cut up and toss in the boiler. I’ll have to clarify that I prefer big logs for processing firewood.

 

That's the way to do it right there! Have them bring it to you! Hopefully they keep the loads coming
