Is that like a chorizo? I know that that is very popular in RI. I understand that there are a number of small shops that still make their own.
I suppose you could call it that,it's an all pork product with some heat,made by Westerly packing co.very good.
Next time I head up the shoreline I am going to put that as a stop. Just looked at their website quick , looks like a place I would enjoy visiting , only about an hour from me.
