These are the most irritating saw to work on. Mainly because of that choke lever and how its held in behind the carb. Great fun getting it in there.

I torched all the carbon from the muffler, wire wheeled it inside and out and put a coat of semi gloss 1200° BBQ grill paint on it. Hopefully I can try to run it tomorrow. I skipped the ignition chip as I didn't want a repeat of the Super EZ ordeal I posted in the Whats in your bench thread.

Thank you. I hope so as well bud. I might find it a new home after I know all is good with it. Same with the problem child super EZ.

The original black cap leaks. The little rubber duck bill valve thats supposed to be in that tube rotted plus the cork gasket is a bit hard. I'll get the necessary items to remedy this. I modified a 14" Husqvarna, 3/8 lp bar to fit the super EZ which also fits the 150 saw. I had to modify the chain adjuster nub some as they are long and not a round pin. I have spares to return to original. Unfortunately the clutch cover was broken so I had to use the red one. Thats all till I get the fuel cap finished at which time I'll get a cutting vid or two to share.

    Almost forgot. Shes oils well.

Sounds great! Congrats on getting it running. Those all metal saws sound so different. No vibes absorbed anywhere except through your hands. Makes for a higher pitched hollower sound. Great job!

Trying to finish up a McCulloch Power Mac6 Auto right now, but turkey season is going to put a stop to a lot of my Saturday basement jobs now:D
