I don't mind at all. Olive oil base. Killer hogs rub. Hickory pellets in the smoker. 230° for about 5 hours. With the apple juice spritz on a regular 30 minute time frame
Thanks. I've got an offset stick smoker, I'd likely get better results with apple vs hickory. Did chicken once with hickory, overpowering.
